Get an overview of what to expect in this comprehensive childbirth course while also hearing different birth experiences. These stories include hospital births with and without epidurals, deliveries at independent birth centers, and home births.

Explore the structure of pregnancy and birth in depth. Learn about the role of the uterus, the mechanics of contractions, and the importance of pelvic alignment in preparing for birth.

This section also focuses on the pelvic floor—its function, ways to strengthen it, and how it influences childbirth. 

Understand the physiological shifts that take place during pregnancy and how to manage common discomforts such as pelvic girdle pain.

This is also an opportunity to discuss preparing for your parenthood journey, both emotionally and practically.

Discover what to expect during labor, including the hormones that drive the process and how to naturally encourage their release to help labor progress efficiently.

This section also covers when to head to your chosen birth location and what steps to take if labor slows down.

Learn about various birthing options so you can make informed decisions that align with your needs.

This course provides an unbiased overview of different interventions, guidance on labor induction, and insights into cesarean births. Since every birth experience is unique, you’ll also gain tools to ask the right questions and advocate for your preferences.

This section offers a practical guide to navigating labor. Learn how to ease contractions, optimize birthing positions, and involve your birth partner for effective support.

You’ll also discover ways to create more space in the pelvis to facilitate birth, whether you’re planning an unmedicated delivery or using an epidural.

In this section, we’ll explore how to navigate situations when things don’t go as planned. We’ll discuss effective communication with your medical team, potential scenarios to prepare for, and strategies for coping emotionally with worst-case situations.

To wrap up the course, we’ll walk you through what happens right after birth, from postpartum recovery to newborn care.
