Doula and childbirth education

I recently participated in a women's wellness retreat in Northern Virginia, organized by Yoni Bandha, and I have to say, it was just lovely. Nestled in a beautiful, rustic setting, the retreat provided a much-needed escape from the everyday hustle. The organizers clearly put a lot of heart into creating a safe and nurturing space for women. While the setting was relaxing and cozy, it was the combination of thoughtful programming and insightful guidance that made this retreat so special. I left feeling inspired and deeply connected to the other women who participated. Highly recommended!

The wellness retreat was such a wonderful and relaxing experience! Amelie was so organized and thought out each day so well and provided amazing food! It was so nice to be taken care of for the weekend and not having to be the one caretaking! We stayed at the most perfect and private house for a weekend retreat, I can’t wait for the next one!

Amelie is an amazing teacher! I'm so glad I found her prenatal yoga classes. I've been taking her class since my second trimester, and she is very knowledgeable and professional. I also took her childbirth class, and her class was personal and interactive, making it stand out from other online classes. I felt much more confident about giving birth! I definitely recommend her!

Amie was a joy to work with! We opted for her private at home childbirth classes instead of group classes. She was very informative but also readily answered any questions we had. She even did a postpartum visit which was great! She even brought us a home cooked meal after the baby arrived. I'd definitely use her again if we have another baby ☺️
