Our Baby and Me Yoga classes are a joyful way to bond with your baby while caring for your own body after birth. Designed for postpartum parents, these sessions combine gentle yoga stretches, core and pelvic floor strengthening, and relaxation techniques — all while incorporating your baby into the practice.
In a welcoming, supportive space, you’ll connect with other new moms, ease postnatal aches, improve posture, and rebuild strength. Your baby will enjoy interaction, movement, and the calming energy of yoga, fostering connection and development.
